Rachel Stoneman

I’m a Business Development Executive with a background in hospitality and events, bringing experience across the legal sector to support partners and business groups in driving client growth and delivering strategic BD activity.

I work closely with stakeholders across the firm to deliver a range of business development initiatives, including campaigns, client programmes, and events. My role focuses on ensuring activity is well-executed, aligned to wider objectives, and delivers meaningful impact for both clients and internal teams.

With over a decade of experience in hospitality and events, I bring a strongly results-driven approach, underpinned by a focus on relationship building and delivering exceptional client experiences.  I also hold a degree in Events Management, which continues to support my work in providing a strong foundation in planning, organisation, and delivering large-scale events. This background has also developed my ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain a high level of attention to detail, and perform effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Outside of work, I enjoy planning holidays and city breaks, going for coffee, long walks, and spending time with family and friends- being a mum is my favourite role.
