Rhys Davies

I qualified as a Solicitor in the Company and Commercial team at Red Kite Law LLP in July 2025, having completed my undergraduate degree at Swansea University and the Legal Practice Course in Cardiff. Before joining Red Kite Law LLP, I completed my training contract with another regional firm, where I gained experience across a range of commercial, corporate and commercial property matters.

I advise a range of businesses on company, commercial and commercial property matters, including drafting and reviewing contracts, advising on operational issues and supporting clients through acquisitions and wider corporate transactions. I’ve always been interested in how companies work and enjoy finding practical ways to help clients achieve their commercial goals.

I particularly value the variety and teamwork within the role. No two transactions are ever quite the same, and it is rewarding to see a deal come together smoothly for our clients. Building strong working relationships and ensuring clients feel supported throughout the process is something I take real pride in.

Outside of work, I enjoy CrossFit and cooking, often experimenting with new recipes at the weekend. I’m a big fan of live music and try to get to as many concerts as I can. I also enjoy travelling and exploring new cities whenever the opportunity arises.
