Samantha Williams

I specialise in Residential Conveyancing and started my career in law back in 2005 as an admin. Over the years, I worked my way up from receptionist to legal secretary, and now I’m proud to be a Senior Legal Advisor. Before joining my current team, I was a fee earner in Cirencester until 2013, so I have hands-on experience with all aspects of conveyancing.

I’m not formally qualified in law, but I do hold an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service, which has always helped me provide the best possible support to clients and colleagues.

In my role, I assist Claire Hitchings by progressing files, handling exchanges and completions once they’re signed off, and keeping clients, agents, brokers, and other parties updated throughout the process. I can manage most aspects of a sale file and also provide support on purchases, particularly with my experience in Shared Ownership properties.

What I enjoy most about my job is that every file and client is different. I love getting to know our clients during the conveyancing process and sharing in the excitement of first-time buyers when they complete.

Outside of work, I play darts for a local team, enjoy socialising with friends, and love spending quality time with my family.
