Sarah Williams

I have spent over 20 years working in retail, including 12 years in management, where I developed a strong focus on customer service, leading teams, and making sure people have a positive experience. I have always enjoyed working with people, getting to know them, understanding what they need, and being able to help.

After moving to Cardiff three years ago, I decided it was the right time to try something new while still keeping that people focused aspect of my work. I joined Redkite Solicitors 18 months ago as a Legal Assistant in the Wills and Probate team, which has been a great opportunity to learn new skills and challenge myself in a different environment.

I like to think of myself as caring, approachable, and empathetic, which is especially important when supporting clients through what can often be difficult or sensitive situations. My previous experience has also helped me build strong communication skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to put people at ease.

Outside of work, I enjoy visiting new places around the UK with my partner, spending time with my family, and travelling abroad when I can. I also have a daughter and value the time we spend together.
