Sasha Deacon-Wilde

My HR experience spans both the financial and legal services sectors.

I spent 13 years at Hodge Bank, beginning my career in operational roles before moving into HR, where I spent five years supporting employees and leaders across a wide range of people-related matters. I then joined Capital Law as a HR Business Partner, where I managed and oversaw the trainee programme while partnering with leaders to deliver strategic people initiatives. I am passionate about developing talent, enhancing employee experiences and creating positive workplace cultures where people can thrive.

I am excited to support Redkite in delivering its people strategy and vision. Working closely with managers and employees across the organisation, I am committed to helping create an engaging and inclusive workplace where colleagues feel valued, supported and empowered to achieve their full potential.

When I’m not at work, I enjoy staying active and challenging myself, so you’ll usually find me walking my two dogs or training in the gym. I have danced since a young age and previously worked as a dance instructor, which sparked my passion for fitness and wellbeing. I'm also passionate about giving back to the community and volunteer within my local community, supporting causes and initiatives that help make a positive impact.
