Shannon Webb

I joined Redkite in February 2025 as an Administration Assistant, bringing with me experience from previous administrative roles in the hospitality and leisure sectors.

Just four months later, I was offered the opportunity to step into the role of Legal Assistant within the Residential Property Conveyancing department.

I’m thrilled to be part of the Redkite team and to be building a career in the legal field. Working in law is both intellectually rewarding and deeply fulfilling, offering the chance to support people through important milestones in their lives. My time as front-of-house at the Sketty office has shown me how much I enjoy interacting with clients and providing exceptional service to build strong relationships.

In my current role, I support my colleagues with various aspects of residential property sales and purchases.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors – whether it’s walking, practicing archery or spending time with my black Labrador puppy. I also love to attend concerts and theatre performances, and to read.
