Sian Fox-Loakes

After graduating with a Law degree from Swansea University and obtaining a Masters in Law from Cardiff University, I joined NewLaw Solicitors as a Fee Earner before moving into HR and qualifying in HR Management. I later joined regional firm Geldards and most recently undertook the role of HR Manager for Ince, a London-headquartered international law and business services firm.

I oversee the HR function which supports our 12 offices, ensuring our most important asset, our people, are our top priority. I have a passion for personal development, driving organisational excellence and sustaining a high performing culture. Leading our People strategy, I am a commercially focused HR practitioner and pride myself on being an authentic leader.

Originally from the Midlands, I moved to South Wales 15 years ago and I now live in Cardiff with my husband. I enjoy travel and at weekends I am usually found at my local gym or in a local restaurant/cafe enjoying the many culinary delights that Cardiff has to offer.
