Sian Fox-Loakes
Chief People & Culture Officer
Sian is an HR leader with more than 15 years’ experience in the legal sector. As Chief People and Culture Officer and a member of the Executive Board, she helps shape the firm’s vision and culture, ensuring it has the organisational capability needed to grow.
She leads Talent Acquisition, People Partnering and People Operations, and is known for her practical approach to helping people play to their strengths. She designed Redkite’s Career Pathways to support colleagues in building careers that suit how they work best.
Sian has built a People function focused on improving both the employee experience and business performance, supporting a firm with clear growth ambitions while championing a culture of trust that enables people to build meaningful careers and live full lives alongside them.
She holds a law degree from Swansea University and a Masters in Law from Cardiff University. Her career spans traditional partnerships, ABS structures, specialist and regional firms, international law firms and professional services organisations.
