Sian Saville

I’m a Compliance Assistant within Redkite’s Risk & Ethics team. My role is very much an internal one, and my “clients” are our fee earners. I’m here to provide support and an extra pair of eyes whenever it’s needed.

My day‑to‑day responsibilities include reviewing Matter Risk Assessments, assisting with ad hoc compliance queries, and reviewing and drafting breach reports, alongside a wide range of other tasks. No two days are ever the same, which is something I really enjoy, and I’m constantly learning and developing within the role.

I’ve always been interested in law, and working in a law firm has given me a great opportunity to see the ins and outs of many different types of legal matters. What I enjoy most about my role is working closely with my team and supporting colleagues across the firm.
