Siôn Tudur

I am a corporate solicitor with close to 20 years of experience advising a broad spectrum of clients, including start-ups, publicly listed companies, charities, and public sector bodies.

My legal career began in personal injury and commercial litigation; however, a period as a trainee with a corporate team revealed a strong affinity for transactional work. Since then, I have focused exclusively on corporate law, where I have developed significant expertise in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs, equity investments and employee ownership trusts.

I take pride in the collaborative nature of corporate transactions and the opportunity to facilitate positive outcomes for all parties involved. I am committed to building strong, long-term relationships with clients and strive to add value beyond legal advice—whether through strategic insight or meaningful professional introductions.

Outside of work, I try to keep fit — I’m a self-proclaimed mid-life crisis triathlete. I’ve swapped rugby for swimming, cycling, and some very reluctant running. I also enjoy a round of golf, and I’m currently hooked on Padel and giving Hyrox a go. At the same time as being a husband and father.
