Steven Davies
Senior Legal Advisor
Originally from the local village of Llanybydder, I moved to Carmarthen shortly after joining Redkite Solicitors in 2009 as an Office Assistant.
In 2014, I gained a Diploma in Paralegal Studies and, in early 2015, took on the role of a Legal Advisor within our Commercial and Agricultural Property Team.
My role was to assist and support the Solicitors within the team in dealing with a variety of commercial property transactions including purchases, sales, mortgages, and first registrations of land.
In early 2025, I adopted the position of a Senior Legal Advisor, broadening my work areas to include deeds of easement, planning agreements and wayleave agreements.
Ultimately, my aim is to help our clients get to where they want to be. The satisfaction of achieving this is very rewarding, and one of the reasons why I enjoy my role.
Outside of work, I enjoy socialising with friends and family and exploring the great outdoors of Wales.
I also like to take part in a charity skydive once every couple of years. To date, I have raised money for the Welsh Air Ambulance, RNLI, and the British Red Cross.
