Steven Davies
Originally from the local village of Llanybydder, I moved to Carmarthen shortly after joining Redkite Solicitors seven years ago as an Office Assistant.
In December 2014 I gained a Diploma in Paralegal Studies and, in early 2015, took on the role of Legal Advisor within the Commercial and Agricultural Property Team. My role is to assist and support the Solicitors within the Team in dealing with a variety of commercial property transactions including purchases, sales, leases, mortgages, and registrations of land.
Ultimately, the aim is to help our clients get to where they want to be. The satisfaction of achieving this is one of the fundamental reasons why I really do enjoy my job!
Outside of work, I enjoy socialising with friends and family and (weather permitting) exploring West Wales.
At home, I enjoy cooking, listening to music and keeping fit.
I also like to take part in a charity skydive once every couple of years. To date, I have raised money for the Wales Air Ambulance, the RNLI, and the British Red Cross.
