Sue Edwards

I trained and qualified into a regional firm acting for trade union clients who had been injured in the workplace.

I became a Partner in 2009 and a Head of Department the following year.

When that firm was taken over by a large national practice  I subsequently became Head of Serious Injury in their Cardiff office.

I have only ever worked for the Claimant. I have dealt with multiple high value and complex claims ranging from brain and spinal injury to fatal accidents. I remain committed to getting the very best result for my client whilst at the same time fully supporting them through what can be a challenging and long process.

In 2018 I moved to a large Welsh firm as a Partner and Head of their Personal Injury and Medical Negligence Department. I became a Director in 2023.

I started at Redkite Solicitors in 2026. I am a Partner and Head of the Personal Injury department.

Outside work I live in on a working farm with my husband, son and 4 manipulative sheep dogs. I love watching football and sit on the board of a professional football academy.
