After graduating from the University of Liverpool with a Business Economics degree, I worked in a number of large Financial Services and Telecoms businesses before moving into Law firm management.
After a very enjoyable 5 years managing Lowless & Lowless Solicitors (one of Redkite’s founding firms) in Pembrokeshire, I moved with my family to north Wiltshire. There I ran a number of small businesses in the Health, Education and Legal sectors. I joined Redkite as a consultant in 2019, before moving into an Operations Director role in 2021 and joined the Senior Leadership team at that time.
I have been involved in the buying and selling of numerous businesses, both as an owner and as an employee, and recognise the challenges for all involved in bringing organisations together. I hold marketing and accounting qualifications in addition to an MBA from Cranfield University.
Outside of work I like to keep fit, and enter unnecessary long distance events to ensure I actually do the training. I enjoy cycling, tolerate running and swim if I have to.
