Since graduating University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Studies I have spent the last 25 years working in marketing.
As the Marketing Manager at Redkite Solicitors I lead the firms marketing and communications activity, supporting its continued growth and profile across Wales and beyond.
With a strong background in professional services marketing, I specialise in developing clear, client‑focused strategies that strengthen brand awareness, highlight legal expertise and support business development across the firm. I work closely with the teams to translate complex legal services into accessible, engaging communications that resonate with clients and referrers.
Managing the marketing team I bring a strategic, collaborative approach to my role, overseeing digital marketing, content development, campaigns and internal communications. I also play a key role in ensuring Redkite’s values, culture and expertise are consistently reflected across all channels.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our three young children. Having grown up in the Midlands, I love escaping to the beaches of the Gower and West Wales whenever we can, and we also share a family love of ice hockey.
