Redkite Solicitors Celebrates Double Win at Legal News Wales 2026 Awards

Redkite Solicitors is celebrating a standout evening at the Legal News Wales 2026 Awards, securing two prestigious accolades that highlight both its leadership excellence and commitment to culture and employee wellbeing.

The firm’s Chief Executive Officer, Neil Walker, was honoured with the Leadership Award, recognising his outstanding vision, strategic direction, and people-first approach that has underpinned the firm’s continued growth and success.

In addition, Redkite Solicitors proudly received the Wellbeing Strategy of the Year Award, reflecting its strong commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive working environment for its people.

Over recent years, Redkite Solicitors has grown from a high street practice into a full-service law firm with 19 offices, more than 300 employees, and a place in the UK Top 200. Despite this expansion, the firm has remained firmly focused on maintaining a positive and values-driven culture where people feel genuinely supported.
