Harry Kersey
I joined Redkite in 2024 as a newly qualified Solicitor in the Wills & Probate department, having completed my training contract with a firm based in Pembrokeshire, West Wales.
During my training contract I completed seats in Private client, Conveyancing, Childcare law, and Matrimonial law. Prior to my training contract I studied Law at Cardiff University and completed my LPC MSC at the University of Law, Bristol. I was also previously a paralegal with a firm based in Bristol in their Probate team.
My private client experience includes preparing Wills & Lasting Power of Attorney for a range of clients such as single parents, married and unmarried couples, elderly clients, and clients with agricultural and business interests. I have supported executors throughout the full Probate process and have provided assistance dealing with taxable and non-taxable estates, Trusts, and foreign assets.
Outside of work I enjoy hiking, camping, rock climbing, and surfing.
