Victoria Lewis

I am an Associate Solicitor in the Residential Conveyancing team, and joined the firm in 2025. I am based in our Brecon office.

I qualified as a Solicitor in 2011, having trained and initially practiced in personal injury litigation, before moving into property law in 2012. I have worked in a variety of firms, from larger city firms to high street practices, gaining a lot of knowledge and experience in what is an ever-changing area of law. I deal with all aspects of residential conveyancing, including purchases, sales, new-build properties, plot sales, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.

What I enjoy most about my role is helping my clients through what can often be a stressful and overwhelming time. I have an empathetic and understanding approach aiming to put people at ease and help them through the process and maintaining clear lines of communication. I tailor the approach needed, whether I am helping a first-time buyer, or an experienced property developer.

I pride myself on good working relationships with conveyancers, agents, brokers, surveyors and other professionals, to help deliver the best service for my clients and make transactions as smooth as possible.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and walking my dog.
