Ashley Wallace-Cook
I am based in the firm’s Gloucester office. I qualified as a solicitor initially in Scotland in 2001 and then in England & Wales in 2003, having previously read natural sciences at university and undertaken research as a molecular geneticist.
I advise on a variety of private client work, including the preparation of Wills (from the straightforward to the more complex), Lasting Powers of Attorney, the administration of estates and trusts (including creation and management). I can also advise on aspects of family and inheritance tax planning.
I am a Full Accredited Member of Solicitors for the Elderly, a specialist group of lawyers focussing on supporting older and vulnerable people.
I aim to make clients feel at ease, particularly at moments in their lives which may be difficult or challenging, and to offer practical, jargon-free advice.
I am keen on travelling, horse racing and other equestrian activities.
