Emma Wilson
I begun my legal journey at Plymouth University in 2018 where I obtained my degree in Law. I then went on to complete the Level 6 Diploma in Law & Practice with CILEx Law School in 2021.
I volunteered at Davey Law in 2019 as a admin assistant before progressing my way up to Trainee Legal Executive in 2022.
Following Davey Law’s merge with Red Kite in 2023, I have continued my role as Trainee Legal Executive, now working within the Personal Injury Department. At present I deal with the department’s small value claims in England as well as assisting other fee earners with larger more complex claims. The claims I am involved in include: –
- Employers Liability
- Road Traffic Accidents
- Public Liability
- Clinical Negligence
- Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority
- Spinal Injuries
- Accidents to Children
I have always had an interest in helping people and working within the Personal Injury department allows me to help and support clients following life changing events. Many of our clients are facing the hardest time in their life and so it is therefore important to me that that as well as offering a high-quality service, I show compassion towards their circumstances and help take away the stress that litigation can bring.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with friends and family.
