Peter Davies
I’m a Litigation Solicitor with over 40 years’ experience, specialising in high value personal injury and clinical negligence claims, as well as complex civil litigation. Where possible, I offer Alternative Dispute Resolution as a way to negotiate settlement between parties that avoids the costs and delays of the current court system.
My particular expertise is in catastrophic injury litigation, particularly involving head injuries. My aim is to give clients long-term financial security, allowing them to put in place the care and support arrangements they need for their future wellbeing. Once compensation has been paid, I can continue to help by acting as their Deputy, taking away the burden of managing what are likely to be complex financial and support arrangements.
I’m an accredited senior litigator with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, a member of the Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel and I’m also on Headway’s (the Brain Injury Association) register of approved solicitors. I regularly sit as a Deputy District Judge in the County Court on the Midland Circuit.
Away from work, I run and cycle to keep fit and enjoy watching rugby and cricket.
