Post COVID-19 Recovery – what does this mean for the workplace?

Join us for our Virtual Workshop: Post COVID-19 Recovery – what does this mean for the workplace?

We invite you to join our Zoom workshop on Thursday, 12 May 2022 from 9:30am until 10:30am.

As workplaces being to re-open, many businesses are left to re-define the new rules of working. With the removal of restrictions, this becomes a somewhat more difficult challenge when attempting to maintain a safe environment, navigating employee needs and all whilst meeting the crucial needs of the business.

During this interactive workshop, the Redkite Employment Team will provide you with effective and practical guidance on managing COVID risk in the workplace following the removal of the remaining legal restrictions. This will be primarily a Q&A based session with focus on such topics as:

  1. Testing positive to COVID-19 and self-isolation;
  2. Returning to work and attendance at the workplace;
  3. Guidance around how to effectively deal with flexible working, including homeworking;
  4. Working safely including government health and safety requirements; and
  5. Supporting employees who are suffering with long COVID-19

This workshop is different from our usual virtual event format and is designed specifically to encourage as much interaction as possible by focusing on answering your questions and to share useful hints and tips on the practical approaches to managing post COVID-19 recovery in the workplace. Please do feel free to submit questions to us in advance of the session but there will also be an opportunity for questions on the day.

If you wish to pose questions ahead of the session please do so no later than 5pm on Tuesday, 10 May 2022 by contacting Kelly Rivers on kelly.rivers@redkitelaw.co.uk.

If you are interested in joining this workshop, please register by emailing: rebecca.james@redkitelaw.co.uk. Webinar links for the zoom meeting will be sent out following registration.

If you are unable to make the workshop, don’t worry – please register anyway and we will provide you with a recording of the event.

We look forward to seeing you all (virtually), very soon!
