I began my journey at Redkite in 2011 within the accounts department after completing my Professional Body of Accounting Technicians AAT qualification and HNC in Business and Management.

I then transitioned into the Human Resources department in 2017, where I discovered my passion for people management and organisational development.

I continued to develop within my role whilst completing the Associate CIPD course further enhancing my expertise and ensuring I remain updated on the latest industry trends and best practices.

As the HR Operations Manager, I play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our HR processes across the entire business, providing guidance and support to ensure each member reaches their full potential.
