Alison Wacey

I am the Partner in charge of the Residential Conveyancing Team within the Ledbury office of Redkite.

Moving house is not just about bricks and mortar it’s about people. Having qualified as a solicitor in 1987 I have numerous years of experience in residential property work bringing an ability to guide my clients through the complexities of moving house, helping them to resolve issues and overcome problems so as to remove some of the stress that comes with moving home.

Having worked in Warwickshire and Worcestershire for the majority of my life I am returning to Ledbury, a place known to me as I studied for my A Levels at the John Masefield High School.

Whilst specialising in countryside properties and all the complexities they bring, I also cover all things residential, including sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, equity releases, deeds of gifts, deeds of easements, buy-to-lets, dealing with unregistered titles and land issues.

In my spare time I love to garden, read and cross-stitch. Married with one son we all love going to the theatre and the cinema as often as possible. Not so long ago we bought a holiday home in France and I am now acquiring some DIY skills and attempting to learn French, neither of which I am excelling at!
