Bianca Jones

am based within the Dursley office but I am able to meet with clients in all of the Redkite offices in the Gloucestershire area.

I qualified as a solicitor in 2017 and began specialising in the area of Family Law in early 2018. I am a member of resolution, who are a recognised organisation for family law professionals known for their focus on resolving family disputes in the least confrontational and constructive way. I am a Resolution Accredited Specialist.

I have experience in advising, supporting and assisting parents in matters concerning proceedings where the Local Authority are bringing proceedings concerning children.. I also have experience of representing grandparents within care proceedings.  I am also able to provide specialist legal advice on matters concerning child arrangements.

I am passionate for assisting those who need it most. I aim to provide frank advice to clients whilst also understanding their needs and what they are seeking to achieve.

Outside of work I love travelling the world with my husband. I enjoy walks with our sausage dog and can often be found on weekends watching Formula 1 or reading.
