Daphne Sheppard

I have worked for two other law firms before joining David & Snape in 2006 and remained when the firm joined Redkite Law.

I started my career as a secretary and then progressed to a Personal assistant to the Senior Partner before undertaking my studies to become a Legal Executive.I qualified as an Associate Legal Executive in September 2009.

During my time working in the legal profession, I have obtained experience of dealing with divorce and child arrangements and undertake work both in Public Law and Private Law.The majority of the work which I currently undertake is in relation to representing parents with regards to PLO and Care proceedings.I also advise with regards to Special Guardianship.In addition, I am often involved with parents to deal with Child Arrangements, and negotiating contact arrangements before they issue any court proceedings.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and visiting my grandchildren.I am also a Supporter of Ospreys Rugby and attend all home and some away games.
