Eleri Williams

Having completed my university studies and then worked in commercial property for a number of years in Cardiff, I joined Redkite in November 2020 in the Commercial Property department after returning to my native Carmarthen.

I completed my training contract with Redkite and qualified as a solicitor in February 2021, and have remained in the Commercial Property department in the Carmarthen office since then.

I deal with all types of commercial property transactions involving individuals, companies and partnerships, as well as any refinancing work and dealing with lenders, surveyors and estate agents. I am also happy to help with any agricultural matters, such as grazing licences or farm business tenancies.

I also advise on and undertake various landlord and tenant work, which includes leases for commercial premises, long leases of flats, as well as ancillary lease work, such as deeds of surrenders, tenancies at will, licence for alterations, notices under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, etc. I also deal with infrastructure work, such as leases for solar panels or wind turbines.

I regularly support our corporate and employment teams with the property aspects of various business transactions, including refinancing, second mortgages and purchases of businesses.

I understand that transactions can be time sensitive and can become stressful with multiple elements and different requirements needing urgent responses. I do all that I can to continually progress the matter and keep clients informed with any updates.

As a fluent Welsh speaker, I am happy to deal with all transactions in both Welsh and English. I am normally based in the Carmarthen office, but regularly travel to our different offices across Pembrokeshire and up to Cardiff.

In my spare time, I enjoy participating in pub quizzes, and trying and testing different recipes from around the world.

Thank you for an excellent service and taking extra time and care to help me understand and clear up all my questions
