I joined Redkite Solicitors in 2022 to manage the Central Administration Team and our Office Buildings. I have previously worked in Operations for 23 years in hospitality and I wanted to bring my experience and passion to a new field.
I have a proven track record of managing budgets, developing policies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and analysing and initiating corrective actions. I’m passionate about driving operational excellence and delivering results that exceed expectations. First impressions are crucial because they can have a lasting impact on how people perceive you and your company so having an administration team delivering a warm and friendly welcome will always be our number one priority at Redkite.
I have 2 beautiful daughters and when I’m not in work I enjoy family days out, going on beach walks with my dog and lifting weights at the gym.
