Kezia Thomas

I am an Associate Solicitor in the Commercial Property team, having joined Redkite in 2025. I specialise in non-contentious property matters working with a wide range of commercial real estate clients.

I have broad experience across real estate, with a particular expertise in advising occupiers, including national and international retailers as well as SMEs and charities.

My work includes advising on acquisition and disposal of both freehold and leasehold properties (whether vacant, managed or tenanted), along with the full range of landlord and tenant matters. These include new leases, agreements for lease, renewals, assignments, underleases and licences. I also provide real estate support on corporate transactions.

I am based in the Brecon office but attend the other offices on a regular basis.
