Based in our Cardiff office, I’m an experienced litigator specialising in residential landlord and tenant disputes.
I have specialised in residential landlord and tenant matters since qualifying in 2015. I have experience assisting a wide range of clients in housing management matters including private individuals, housing associations, local authorities, letting agents, student accommodation providers and property investors.
I’m able to assist clients with property in both England and Wales. I’m experienced in dealing with housing matters in Wales since the implementation of the Renting Homes (Wales) Act in December 2022.
I provide advice and assistance to clients covering a broad range of housing management matters including:

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my young family, our chihuahua cross and slowly renovating our new family home.
