I have over 25 years’ expertise in Personal Injury Litigation on behalf of claimants, dealing mostly with asbestos exposure, industrial disease and accident claims right across the UK, as well as a large number of claims on behalf of clients in Australia, South Africa, America, Europe and Canada.
I am a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and Fellow of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. I am an Accredited Asbestos Specialist and Occupational Disease Specialist, and an assessor for the accreditation of other lawyers within the field. I also have a BSA Certificate in Industrial Audiometry.
As well as asbestos exposure and industrial disease claims, including respiratory injury claims, I specialise in head injury claims, and I was responsible for recovering damages in one of the highest awards approved by the High Court in Wales in a brain injury case.

Outside of work, I have a keen interest in marine conservation. I am a certified scuba diver and have recorded 150 dives, including an environmental survey. I also support various local charities by providing pro bono (free of charge) legal advice.
