What our clients say

I was very pleased with the courtesy of the ladies who attended to my requests and particularly so at the time when I had my accident – they were extremely helpful.

Paul James' support has been invaluable in effectively progressing key contractual requirements. His knowledge and expertise in contract and procurement matters is exceptional. Would not hesitate to engage Paul's services again in future should the requirement and opportunity arise.” (dated March 2017).

The reason I used Redkite is that most solicitors don’t have the area of expertise that I required.

Redkite have provided assistance through several particularly difficult issues. Their advice has been professional, thorough and specifically tailoured to the needs of our business. The staff are approachable, knowledgeable and realistic in the advice they provide.

Redkite were recommended to me and I would do the same, fantastic service.

I have to say that everyone I have come into contact with from the receptionists to the solicitors have always been excellent. Conveyancing FAQ

What is Conveyancing?

Conveyancing is the transfer of the legal title of a house from one person to another. There are various stages involved which include the exchange of contracts (the point at which the terms of the deal are fixed) and the final completion, where the legal title passes from one party to the next.
Buying or selling a house can be a complicated process, and there can be many pitfalls if it is not done properly. Our job is to undertake a thorough process which is as stress free and easy as possible for you.

How long does the Conveyancing take?

Usually the whole conveyancing process should take between 10 to 15 weeks, but this timescale can vary dependent upon a number of factors, for example if you need to arrange a mortgage or you are in a conveyancing chain which is reliant on several sales and purchases happening at the same time.
Through our extensive residential Conveyancing property knowledge we have come across pretty much every problem that can arise during the process, allowing us to deal effectively with any such issues before they become potentially harmful.
