Enforcing the terms of a Will

Sometimes property owned by the deceased needs to be recovered from third parties so that it can be distributed in accordance with the Will.
This can involve:

• Obtaining vacant possession of the deceased’s home so it can be sold.
• Recovering money owed to the estate.
• Requiring a life tenant under the will to comply with their conditions of occupation.
